Role Overview
We are seeking a tech-savvy Support Executive Intern to assist in managing and maintaining customer data on our ecommerce platform. This role involves organizing, uploading, and updating customer and product information while responding to initial level customer inquiries to enhance overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate familiarity with ecommerce platforms and foundational digital marketing principles.
- Upload and manage product listings, including images and detailed descriptions, on the ecommerce portal.
- Handle basic Level 1 customer support queries and facilitate timely issue resolution.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship position.
- Should be able to commence the internship between August 3, 2026 and September 7, 2026.
- Availability for a full 3-month internship duration is required.
- Possess relevant skills and keen interest in ecommerce and customer support.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication capabilities.
