Draftsman

About the Role

Eventive Group is hiring a meticulous Draftsman to create precise technical drawings and layouts that help projects move smoothly from concept to execution. This role supports coordination between design, production, and project teams.

What You’ll Do

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings for event arrangements, exhibition stands, stages, and bespoke installations.
• Work closely with designers, project managers, and production staff to convert creative ideas into workable technical drawings.
• Prepare accurate floor plans, elevations, and construction details using design briefs and on-site measurements.
• Make sure all drawings align with event safety requirements, material standards, and production practicality.
• Update and refine drawings in response to client comments and internal feedback.
• Organize, maintain, and archive design documents and CAD files properly.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience working as a Draftsman in events, exhibitions, or interior design.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp, with 3ds Max or comparable 3D software preferred.
• Good understanding of event structures, materials, joinery, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to interpret design ideas, sketches, and architectural drawings accurately.
• Strong focus on detail, effective time management, and clear communication skills.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.
