District Sales Supervisor

Role overview

A multinational pharmaceutical company, in partnership with Kinetic Business Solutions, is seeking a District Sales Supervisor to work from Abu Dhabi, UAE. The position focuses on driving district-level sales performance, strengthening market presence, and leading a team to meet commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on revenue, sales, profit, and qualitative targets set for the territory.
• Track district performance and put corrective actions in place to lift results where needed.
• Review sales data and market movements to spot new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong product availability and visibility across the assigned accounts.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the sales team to improve overall performance.
• Prepare monthly updates covering sales progress, field activities, market intelligence, and potential opportunities.

Candidate profile

• A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Applicants should bring 3 to 5 years of experience in leading or mentoring a sales team.
• Hands-on background in Primary Care, Consumer Healthcare, or OTC sales is essential.
• A strong track record of meeting sales targets in the Abu Dhabi region is necessary.
• Experience dealing with pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals is expected.
• Candidates must be available for in-person interviews in Abu Dhabi.
