Role overview

The company is hiring a full-time dispatcher in Hamilton, Ontario to help organize delivery operations and build efficient routes for drivers. This role offers pay in the range of $19.85 to $22.25 per hour based on experience, along with benefits from day one, paid time off, and other employee benefits.

What you will do

• Design practical delivery routes and allocate jobs to drivers according to location and priority.
• Make sure drivers log delivery times in the delivery management system.
• Oversee tracking settings and updates within the delivery management platform.
• Verify that orders are correct and ready to go out for shipment.
• Pick items from store inventory, pack them properly, and prepare them for dispatch.
