Role overview
This is a senior, high-impact leadership position focused on guiding a large enterprise customer implementation from start to finish. The engagement covers onboarding, system setup, training, data transfer, integrations, and rollout across a multi-site environment. The role blends executive-level customer management with hands-on program oversight, and it requires someone who can bring order to complex delivery work, handle ambiguity confidently, and keep a large cross-functional team aligned.
The position is listed for a partner company, which will handle all applications and follow-up steps. The role is based in the United States and is fully remote.
Accountabilities
- Take full ownership of delivery for a strategic enterprise program, from kickoff through launch and the post-launch phase, while keeping scope, timelines, and success measures aligned.
- Coordinate governance across every workstream, including onboarding, configuration, training, data migration, integrations, rollout, and post-go-live support.
- Act as the main executive contact for the customer, ensuring stakeholder alignment, clear expectations, and timely resolution of complex or unclear issues.
- Run weekly stand-ups, steering committee sessions, and executive reviews, with consistent visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Maintain the program risk log, spot issues early, and drive mitigation actions with both internal and external teams.
- Lead delivery coordination across implementation, customer success, training, support, product, and engineering partners.
- Hold teams accountable for milestone completion, including multi-office launch success, user readiness, integration checks, and movement into Phase II.
- Set and monitor success measures such as adoption, operational readiness, and customer health after launch.
- Manage resourcing and execution planning so delivery capacity matches aggressive timelines and growth needs.
- Help position the engagement for continued expansion and a successful transition into broader enterprise rollout phases.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations, professional services programs, or customer success delivery efforts with program-level ownership.
- Proven background managing large, multi-location rollouts of 100+ sites or similar scope, under tight deadlines and with senior executive stakeholders involved.
- Strong command of program governance, including risk control, dependency management, milestone reporting, and executive communication.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across implementation, customer success, training, and support while remaining fully accountable for outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management capability, especially when working with and influencing senior customer leaders in high-pressure settings.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and comfort operating in uncertain environments while making sound decisions under pressure.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for both executive steering groups and operational teams.
- Preferred experience in accounting, professional services, or practice management software, or familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS deployment models.
- Preferred experience with enterprise rollouts that include integrations and complex organizational structures such as franchise systems or multi-office networks.
