Role overview
In this fully remote, full-time exempt position, the Director, Client Relationships acts as the main owner and day-to-day contact for a group of private aviation clients. The role is centered on giving objective, highly technical guidance that helps clients get the best value from their aviation portfolios while building long-term, trust-based partnerships. Working within the Private Client Services team alongside Senior Flight Strategists, this person manages the complete client journey — from advocating on new and revised flight bookings to reviewing program performance, checking contract compliance, and spotting renewal or restructuring needs well before deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Build a deep working understanding of each client’s program, including contract language, travel preferences, solution details, vendor performance, and related portfolio information.
- Handle frequent client communication through phone calls, Zoom meetings, email, and text messages, responding both proactively and reactively.
- Provide technical and strategic advisory support for client flight bookings.
- Complete monthly review cycles and billing audits, including invoice reconciliation, detection of possible billing discrepancies, and clear reporting on usage, spend, and utilization.
- Own the accuracy and upkeep of all client-related records in the CRM.
What the role calls for
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in private aviation, wealth management, luxury hospitality, or a similar client-advisory setting. Success in this role also depends on clear, concise communication, comfort explaining complex ideas in simple terms, and a solid command of numbers, performance metrics, and quantitative analysis. Experience in a remote, fast-moving, high-trust environment is important, and proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM is expected.
Working style
- Know the details: Stay genuinely curious about private aviation and understand contracts, vendors, partners, and the factors affecting clients.
- Be direct and accurate: Communicate with confidence and precision, including delivering difficult answers when needed.
- Act decisively: Take ownership and lean toward action, choosing the fastest effective channel when urgent updates are needed.
- Build lasting business: Focus on long-term client relationships and recognize that trust and business must be earned continuously.

There are no commissions, no quotas, and no gimmicks — the role is designed for someone who wants to deepen expertise in private aviation while owning key client relationships.
Compensation and benefits

Physical requirements
This job involves extended periods of sitting, regular verbal and written communication, and frequent use of standard office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, and telephone. At times, the employee may need to lift or move items weighing up to 15 pounds. The work also requires close visual focus for reading documents and using a computer, along with the ability to maintain concentration in a home or office setting with minimal interruptions.
Additional duties and policy notes
The employer notes that job responsibilities may change over time and that additional tasks may be assigned with or without advance notice. The company is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to protected characteristics under applicable law.
