Deputy Store Manager

Role overview

Zara is hiring a Deputy Store Manager for its Dublin, Ireland store. This is a full-time, store-based position. The role supports the Store Manager in keeping the shop running efficiently, improving sales performance, and maintaining high operational standards.

What you will do

• Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and overall store performance.
• Guide and support the team while working on the shop floor.
• Maintain order and organisation across the shop floor, fitting rooms, stockroom, and cash desk.
• Coordinate effectively with different store departments.
• Deliver consistently strong customer service.
• Support stock handling and incoming deliveries.
• Help with rota planning, productivity tracking, and team performance management.
• Ensure store activities follow health, safety, and internal procedure requirements.
