Key responsibilities
- Build and execute the global strategy for the demand planning center of excellence.
- Improve and refine demand planning workflows, systems, and planning tools.
- Strengthen forecast performance through demand sensing methods and predictive analytics.
- Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain.
- Support IBP deployment and broader digital transformation programs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for advanced planning platforms such as SAP IBP, o9, and Kinaxis.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Coach and support regional demand planning teams.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain roles within a manufacturing setup.
- Strong command of forecasting approaches and statistical modeling techniques.
- Practical experience with planning systems such as SAP IBP, o9, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis.
- Demonstrated success in leading transformation initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
- MBA or a master’s degree is preferred.
