Role Summary
This Mumbai-based position is for a Delivery Assistant responsible for bringing customer orders to their destination on time, handling food carefully during transit, and checking order details with customers at the point of delivery.
Delivery Schedule and Route
- Orders are picked up from North Mumbai on the Western Line.
- Deliveries are made to South Mumbai on the Western Line.
- Pickup time is Monday to Friday at 2:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Good time discipline, reliability, and the ability to use navigation tools confidently; strong familiarity with Google Maps is preferred.
- Comfortable managing food deliveries while following basic hygiene and safety practices.
- If using a personal vehicle, a valid driving licence is required along with knowledge of routes in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or Thane.
