Data Analyst

Overview

We are recruiting for a Haystack partner for a Data Analyst role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This is a full-time, onsite position focused on reporting, workforce data analysis, and process improvement.

Role Summary

The analyst will be responsible for reviewing department reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, using advanced tools to identify trends and support decision-making. The position also involves monitoring agent schedules and live staffing requirements with the help of predictive analytics to improve workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will maintain reservation and performance-related data sets, keep logs and spreadsheets up to date, and track overtime, vacation, and voluntary time off through automated systems. You will also update skill profiles and support AI-based routing and workforce optimization initiatives, while contributing to automation and operational efficiency projects.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or bring equivalent practical experience. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is expected. You should also bring solid numerical and analytical ability, familiarity with statistics and relational databases, strong communication and customer service skills, and the capacity to stay organized and productive under pressure while handling several tasks at once.
