Cybersecurity GRC Section Manager

Role overview

We are hiring an experienced Cybersecurity Section Manager to head the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) function. This position is focused on building a strong governance framework, improving risk controls, and making sure cybersecurity practices stay aligned with internal policies and regulatory obligations.

What you will do

In this leadership role, you will guide cybersecurity policies so they support business priorities, strengthen risk management across the enterprise, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and external requirements. You will also track cybersecurity performance, oversee key initiatives, and manage a team working across governance, risk, and compliance activities.

• Design and steer the overall cybersecurity GRC approach.
• Develop policies and ensure they are aligned with applicable regulations and internal standards.
• Manage enterprise risk activities, including oversight of third-party security posture.
• Monitor cybersecurity KPIs and prepare performance reporting.
• Promote awareness, deliver training support, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile sought

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capability and substantial experience in cybersecurity GRC. You should be comfortable managing risk in a large, complex enterprise environment and capable of leading specialists toward shared governance and compliance goals.
