Role Overview
FAST FIT EMS is hiring customer-facing team members to support its reception and service operations in Saudi Arabia. The company is a leading EMS fitness provider with 11 branches in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Khobar, and offers a lively workplace along with strong employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in both Arabic and English.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in speaking and writing.
- Manage calls effectively, listen actively, and handle customer contact smoothly.
- Juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and organize time well.
- Stay composed and effective when working under pressure.
- Help maintain a positive and supportive workplace culture.
- Interact with customers and colleagues politely and professionally at all times.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, though applicants without one may still be considered.
- Genuine interest in helping customers and answering their queries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
