About the Role
In this position, you will help deliver excellent customer experiences while keeping the store clean, well-stocked, and inviting for guests. The work is fast-moving, so strong time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks are important.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, high-quality service to every customer.
- Keep the store tidy, stocked, and welcoming throughout the shift.
- Manage several tasks efficiently in a busy retail environment.
- Work independently when needed and also contribute effectively as part of a team.
- Promote the product range and current specials to customers.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine commitment to excellent customer service.
- Confidence working both solo and with others.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Willingness to learn about the products and actively promote specials.
