Penkraft Ideas is looking for a female Customer Service Intern based in Thane, India. The role focuses on supporting lead management and providing service support to the company’s teachers and students.
Key responsibilities
The intern will help manage incoming leads and assist with customer-service interactions for both teachers and students, ensuring smooth communication and support from a service perspective.
Benefits and compensation
The compensation structure includes a stipend of INR 10,000 plus revenue share, with an estimated monthly take-home of INR 16,000 to INR 25,000. A full-time employment offer is available after successful completion of the 6-month internship.
