About the Role
Presentail is hiring a customer service representative for its Al Barsha store in Dubai. Responsibilities

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is required.
- 1 to 2 years of prior experience supporting client success or customer service functions.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to resolve complaints and issues with practical solutions and a positive approach.
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Good time management and prioritization abilities.
- Comfort working with CRM tools or systems.
