Role Overview
Join Wendy’s as a Crew Member on the lunch shift and become part of a team that aims to deliver fast, friendly service and quality food from day one. This is an on-site position in Columbus, OH, with the restaurant located at 5091 Alum Creek Drive, Obetz, OH 43207.

Pay
The hourly pay range for this role is $11.00 to $14.00.
Core Duties
- Help keep the shift running smoothly by supporting teammates and serving customers with a positive approach.
- Prepare food, handle customer interactions, and maintain service speed while following Wendy’s standards.
- Use restaurant tools and equipment such as a headset, cash register, or grill.
- Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and ready for guests.
- Step in to fix issues when something is not right and work toward a better customer experience.
Work Expectations
- Be ready to spend most or all of the shift standing and moving around.
- Follow the brand’s procedures and quality guidelines at all times.
- Be willing to learn, contribute, and help both coworkers and customers as needed.
