Crew Member - Breakfast Shift

Role Overview

Wendy’s is hiring a Breakfast Shift Crew Member to join the restaurant team at the Lakewood, Colorado location. This position is part of the core crew and supports day-to-day restaurant operations while helping deliver quality food and friendly service.

Key Duties

• Work as part of the crew and support teammates and customers with a positive, helpful approach
• Learn quickly and contribute to a team that values improvement and teamwork
• Take action to correct issues when something does not seem right
• Stay on your feet and remain active through most or all of the shift
• Operate common restaurant tools and equipment such as a headset, register, and grill
• Follow brand standards to prepare food, serve guests, and keep the restaurant clean and presentable

Working Conditions

Pay

The posted hourly wage is $15.16 to $17.81.
