This restaurant role is with a Wendy’s franchisee in Foley, Alabama. The team is looking for enthusiastic people who enjoy fast food service and are committed to delivering a great guest experience through quality food and efficient service.

Key duties

• Prepare each food order accurately and within the expected time standard.
• Keep the dining room, restroom, and work areas clean, safe, and well stocked.
• Prepare, portion, and serve hot menu items based on customer requests, including sandwiches, chili, baked potatoes, and fries.
• Stock, portion, and serve beverages.
• Operate the cash register in line with cash-handling procedures.
• Take customer orders in person and through the drive-thru/intercom system while delivering helpful, friendly service.
• Help set up the restaurant for opening and support closing duties.

• Arrive on time and maintain regular attendance.
• Follow instructions and collaborate effectively with teammates.
• Handle several tasks within set time limits.
• Focus carefully and complete work accurately.
• Learn and follow company policies and procedures.
• Adapt positively to change and take on additional assigned tasks.

Physical and workplace conditions

• Must be able to remain standing for long periods.
• Requires frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting items weighing 25 to 50 pounds.
• Use of a headset may be needed to receive and give directions or take customer orders.
• Regular use of restaurant equipment such as warmers, fryers, slicers, and grills is expected.
• Work takes place in a busy, fast-paced environment with possible exposure to noise, heat, cold, and similar conditions.
