Wendy’s is hiring a Crew Member for the late-night shift in Safety Harbor, Florida. Responsibilities
- Work as part of the restaurant crew to support customers and teammates
- Bring a helpful, positive attitude during every shift
- Learn quickly and contribute to a productive, supportive team environment
- Take action to correct issues when something is not right
- Stay on your feet and keep moving for most or all of the shift
- Operate common restaurant tools and equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
- Follow brand rules and food-preparation standards
- Keep the restaurant clean and presentable while serving guests
Requirements
- Willingness to stand and move for most, if not all, of the shift
- Comfort using standard restaurant equipment, including a headset, cash register, and grill
- Ability to follow food, service, and cleanliness procedures consistently
- A team-first attitude and readiness to help coworkers and customers
- Interest in learning and improving in the role

Pay for this role is $15.00 to $17.50 per hour. Wendy’s has an ongoing need for this position.
