Role Overview

This position supports housekeeping operations by monitoring room status, coordinating cleaning priorities, and helping keep guest-room turnover on schedule. The role also works closely with Engineering, Front Office, Laundry, and housekeeping leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Duties

  • Review room reports and check room status to identify discrepancies and prioritize rooms for cleaning.
  • Track and update the status of rooms due to be vacated or already vacated.
  • Support housekeeping leadership with day-to-day operational coordination.
  • Serve as a point of contact between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry teams.
  • Work with the Front Desk to document and resolve mismatched room status issues.
  • Prepare and share room assignments with housekeeping team members.
  • Maintain and update the list of rooms marked as Do Not Disturb.
  • Make sure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned on time and manage rush rooms and rooms that were previously on the Do Not Disturb list.
  • Complete the required housekeeping documentation and paperwork.
