Role Overview

We are hiring a seasoned and adaptable Content Producer to create lead-generation advertisements for Meta and LinkedIn. This position supports our parent organization, a UAE-based financial consultancy and investments business that operates in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate can move smoothly between polished corporate communication and high-energy, trend-led social content.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with generative AI tools and creative systems, including platforms such as Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Sivi, Canva Pro, or similar layout-focused tools, to build premium paid ad creatives.
• A portfolio that demonstrates range and flexibility, with the ability to produce both refined data-driven corporate visuals and engaging, fast-paced short-form video content.
• Comfort with financial topics, including an understanding of markets, trading, or economics, or a strong interest in learning them.
• The ability to work with campaign analytics, read performance data, spot creative fatigue, and refine ad concepts based on results.
• Advanced knowledge of platform-specific creative sizing and formatting for 9:16, 4:5, and 1:1 outputs while preserving clarity and quality.
• Quick response capability for trend-based creative work, with the ability to react to current industry events or market shifts and turn them into relevant ad angles fast.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills focused on attention-grabbing hooks and conversion-oriented messaging.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Mohali district, India.
