About the role
This role is suited to experienced quantitative professionals who want to contribute to AI training. You will work with advanced AI systems on tasks such as reviewing machine-generated quantitative analysis, solving technical challenges, and giving feedback that improves how models reason through data, models, and scientific questions. The work is relevant to people from fields like data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, operations research, and other analytical disciplines. Some contributors use this alongside another full-time position, while others focus on it as their main work.
How the process works
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that serves as the screening step. If successful, you will receive a confirmation email and paid assignments will be made available through the platform.

- Hourly project pay starts at USD 50 and can go beyond USD 100 on some assignments, with bonus rates available for certain projects.
What you will do
- Review AI-produced quantitative work for correctness and practical validity, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, scientific reasoning, and data-based conclusions.
- Create and solve quantitative problems used for training and evaluating AI systems across forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, and statistical inference.
- Draft precise technical explanations and produce clearly documented analytical code.
- Share feedback that helps improve future AI models designed for quantitative reasoning.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a quantitative role or research setting, such as data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or a related area.
- Some coding background is necessary, along with comfort writing and reviewing analytical code from start to finish.
- Hands-on familiarity with statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and experiment design, including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
- Strong English fluency at native or bilingual level, plus excellent written communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering is preferred; a master’s degree or PhD is an added advantage.
- Extra credentials such as Kaggle competition rankings, AWS/GCP machine learning certifications, or similar proof of expertise are beneficial.
