Role overview

Global O-Ring and Seal is looking for a highly detail-focused Commercial Intelligence Analyst to turn sales, marketing, and digital performance data into practical recommendations that support revenue growth. In this position, you will act as the analytical backbone for commercial decisions by measuring performance, highlighting missed opportunities, and giving leadership and the sales organization clear intelligence they can use with confidence.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and update dashboards and reports covering sales outcomes, digital marketing KPIs, pipeline activity, and trends by customer segment.
  • Review Google Ads and SEO results to find ways to improve budget efficiency, keyword selection, and conversion performance.
  • Examine RFQ data to uncover win/loss trends, pricing gaps, and segment-level patterns that can guide commercial strategy.
  • Track website analytics and user behavior to identify actions that can improve inbound lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Assist with pricing analysis by spotting anomalies, margin movements, and competitive positioning across customer groups.
  • Research competitors and summarize findings in a format that is easy for leadership to understand and act on.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to establish measurement frameworks, attribution approaches, and performance benchmarks.
  • Look for opportunities to automate reporting and analytical tasks using AI tools and scripting.
  • Provide recurring performance reviews and ad hoc analyses to support commercial planning and decision-making.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a similar discipline is required.
