About the Role

Shangri-La Group is seeking a Coffee Host to deliver traditional Arabic hospitality in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will greet guests, serve Arabic coffee and refreshments, and help create a courteous, culturally aware, and polished guest experience aligned with the brand’s service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present Arabic coffee, dates, and other refreshments for guests and visitors.
  • Welcome guests with genuine warmth while maintaining traditional hospitality etiquette.
  • Keep the coffee service station tidy, organized, and replenished at all times.
  • Assist with VIP visits, meetings, and special functions by delivering professional beverage service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards while representing the organization in a professional manner.
