Role overview
Integriti Law is seeking a proactive and highly organised Client Success & Project Manager to support the firm in delivering an excellent client journey and coordinating legal work from initial onboarding through final completion.
This position suits a lawyer, ex-lawyer, paralegal, or legal operations professional who is comfortable working directly with clients, handling several matters at once, refining workflows, and keeping projects moving efficiently and on schedule.
Key contribution areas
- Oversee client onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Track active matters, key dates, and delivery deadlines.
- Serve as the main coordination point for clients, lawyers, regulators, and external service providers.
- Assist with corporate transactions, company incorporations, UAE market entry work, and corporate secretarial assignments.
- Keep matter tracking tools, SOPs, and service delivery processes up to date.
- Support client relationship management and selected business development activities.
Candidate profile
The preferred candidate will hold a law degree and have experience in a law firm, legal consultancy, or other professional services setting. Background in corporate transactions, M&A, PE/VC matters, company setup, UAE market entry projects, or corporate secretarial work will be valuable.
Success in this role also requires strong project coordination ability, confident stakeholder management, excellent English communication skills, careful attention to detail, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.
Work arrangement and compensation
This is a part-time remote position, with preference for candidates based in the UAE. The expected time commitment is around 60 hours per month.
The anticipated pay range is AED 180 to AED 220 per hour. The employer is also open to discussing a different compensation structure for particularly strong candidates.
