Role Overview
As a Cleaning Operative, you will help maintain high cleaning and hygiene standards on site, support smooth day-to-day operations, and provide a professional service to clients and visitors.
Key Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with management instructions.
- Handle cleaning tools and equipment properly and take care of them during use.
- Build positive working relationships with clients at the contract location.
- Respond quickly and professionally to questions or complaints.
- Carry out other reasonable tasks assigned by management.
