Role Overview

The cleaner will be responsible for keeping assigned areas clean, hygienic, and presentable to a high standard.

Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7, from 7:00am to 2:00pm.

Key Duties

• Carry out routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning touchpoints, sanitising toilets, descaling surfaces, and washing windows.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in washrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces.
• Collect, empty, and dispose of waste and recycling correctly.
• Restock consumables including soap, toilet tissue, and paper towels.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and ensure it remains in good working condition.
• Comply with health and safety requirements, including COSHH procedures.
• Notify the supervisor of any maintenance or repair issues without delay.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to complete tasks efficiently.
• Carry out regular visual checks to keep all areas tidy and presentable.
