About the Role
Child Development Schools and its local affiliate organizations are seeking a childcare bus driver to support safe student transportation and contribute to a positive early learning environment in Griffin, Georgia. The organization serves children and families across 11 states and provides developmental education for children from six weeks through 12 years of age. It is focused on strengthening school culture through innovation, integrity, collaboration, and compassionate care.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for transporting children safely to and from the center. The position may also include classroom support as a teacher, helping build a warm, nurturing setting where children can learn and grow.
- Operate the bus to transport children safely between the facility and other locations as needed.
- Support classroom routines and assist children in their daily learning environment when not driving.
- Help plan and carry out age-appropriate activities for young learners.
- Build respectful, communicative relationships with parents and families.
- Contribute to a caring and stable environment that supports children’s development.
