Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Chief Operating Officer role is based in Dubai. The COO will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, shaping and carrying out business strategy, overseeing budgeting and financial workflows, and keeping operations efficient while ensuring that resources are aligned with company objectives. The position also involves reviewing performance information, defining key metrics, and strengthening operational performance across all functions. As a new startup evolves from the initial stage into later growth phases, the COO will be central to supporting innovation and scaling the business.

Experience in finance and budgeting is important for managing resources wisely and tracking financial results. Experience and Education

A minimum of 5 years of executive-level management experience is required, particularly in operations and strategic growth. An advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field is preferred.
