职位描述
Role overview
The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a high standard of call center operations and helping the department meet its goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the work of Call Center Coordinators and make sure call assignments are distributed in a fair and balanced way.
- Prepare recurring reports and share them with the direct manager.
- Support and motivate coordinators through constructive communication and regular feedback.
- Keep doctor-related information updated for the department and inform team members about relevant changes.
- Plan and manage work shift schedules for Call Center Coordinators.
- Apply suitable policies and procedures that support hospital goals, standards of care, and quality/performance improvement efforts.
- Carry out other duties within the scope of the role as assigned by the Call Center Manager.
Experience and education
This position calls for 3 to 4 years of experience in a related field, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Additional information
The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time onsite position.
