Role overview
We are seeking a senior Business Development Manager to lead enterprise ICT solution sales across the UAE. This is a high-impact acquisition role in a startup setting, suited to professionals who are comfortable with fast-paced ownership and ambitious targets.
The position is focused on hunting new business rather than account servicing, with responsibility for driving annual revenue in the AED 15M–20M range through complex enterprise deals.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver enterprise ICT sales results aligned to annual revenue goals of AED 15M–20M.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Sell integrated ICT offerings such as networking and infrastructure, data centers, network and information security, cloud, connectivity, and enterprise systems.
- Work with enterprise customers, government bodies, developers, consultants, system integrators, and FM companies.
- Support pre-sales efforts by coordinating proposals, solution walkthroughs, demonstrations, and proof of concept activities with technical teams.
- Develop, grow, and maintain strategic enterprise accounts and partner networks.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and business networking forums.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise ICT sales, technology sales, or system integration.
- Demonstrated success in closing annual business of AED 10M or more.
- Strong command of solution selling, consultative selling, and managing complex sales cycles.
- Background in selling ICT infrastructure, networking, security, data center, or cloud-based solutions.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
- Mandatory experience working in the UAE market.
- Comfort operating in a startup environment with high accountability, speed, and performance expectations.
Additional information
This is a pure hunting role with full ownership of the assigned revenue target. Candidates should apply only if they are comfortable building business in a startup environment.
