Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can manage the complete sales process from first contact through to deal closure. The right person will be comfortable creating new business opportunities, nurturing ongoing client relationships, and using negotiation to win and retain business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with potential customers.
- Stay in regular touch with current clients to support retention and repeat business.
- Oversee and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Study the market landscape and identify ways to build a stronger competitive position.
- Monitor performance indicators and sales activity to make sure goals are achieved.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in the sales sector.
- Hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle, including closing deals.
- A proven record of sales achievement.
- Strong ability to negotiate effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Prior CRM experience is an added advantage.
