Role Overview
This work-from-home role is for a Business Development Associate who will drive client outreach, explain staffing services, and help build strong business relationships while coordinating closely with recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients to learn about their hiring requirements.
- Confidently pitch Hidani Tech’s staffing and recruitment solutions.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Work with internal recruitment teams to support smooth candidate delivery.
- Regularly achieve and surpass outreach and business targets.
Eligibility
Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
- Graduation in BTech/BE, BBA, BCA, or MA.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US hours.
- Own a laptop and maintain a reliable internet connection.
- Preference will be given to candidates who speak Telugu or Gujarati.
