Role overview
This position is for an experienced business analyst who can contribute across IT analysis, solution design, and testing within a product or software delivery environment.
What you will bring to the role
- A degree in a relevant IT discipline.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT business analysis, solution design, and testing.
- Practical involvement in a complete software or product development lifecycle, with Agile being the preferred approach.
- A recognized business analysis certification such as CBAP.
- Familiarity with modern web technologies, including React, JavaScript, Python, Java, or .NET (C#), which will be considered an advantage.
- Experience using Agile and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, or JIRA.
- Working knowledge of data analytics and product metrics.
