Project coordination support

  • Create and maintain timelines for compliance-related and process-improvement initiatives.
  • Track progress against plan, identify potential delays or risks, and work with relevant teams to keep tasks moving.
  • Prepare progress updates and status reports to support CEO-led initiatives.

Compliance and audit work

  • Carry out scheduled quarterly audits as well as ad-hoc checks to verify SOP compliance and ERP usage.
  • Gather evidence, review gaps, and compile structured compliance scorecards.
  • Share draft audit findings for review by the Process Compliance Executive.

SOP and template development

  • Write and format SOPs, checklists, templates, and forms according to EVA Interiors’ standards.
  • Keep document versioning, traceability, and approved-process alignment in order.
  • Update documents whenever processes change or improve.

ERP and systems support

  • Help ERP users on a day-to-day basis, resolve basic issues, and escalate more complex problems when required.

  • Assist in testing and validating new integrations such as PandaDoc, dashboards, and AI tools.
