Role overview
Larsen & Toubro is hiring a Business Analyst to support enterprise applications and business operations in an on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The position focuses on ERP support, issue resolution, user coordination, reporting, and the delivery of IT-enabled business improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for enterprise applications, with a focus on Infor ERP LN.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and manage user queries and calls.
- Investigate repeated issues and work toward permanent resolutions.
- Drive system enhancements, including automation and program-level changes.
- Identify end-user training requirements and support learning needs.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI.
- Lead or contribute to project management activities.

Required skills and knowledge
- Working knowledge of ERP LN.
