Role overview

Core duties

• Prepare beverages and food items according to standard recipes, including customizations such as temperature changes, ingredient adjustments, or substitutions.
• Provide attentive, pleasant service by understanding customer needs and responding clearly and professionally.
• Work across different store tasks during each shift as needed.
• Follow store operating standards for quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Experience and qualifications

• No prior work experience is needed.
• Ability to work flexible schedules that may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Capacity to learn quickly and follow both spoken and written instructions.
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to collaborate with others.
