Role Overview

This opportunity is for a service-minded and enthusiastic Barista to become part of the food and beverage team in Mecca. The role goes beyond preparing drinks; it represents the hotel’s premium service culture through quality beverages, warm guest interaction, and a polished hospitality presence.

Core Duties

• Prepare and present a range of hot and cold coffee drinks, including both specialty and traditional recipes, while following the hotel’s quality standards.
• Use milk-steaming and texturing techniques to produce attractive latte art that enhances the guest experience.
• Greet guests in a friendly manner, help them choose items from the menu, take orders accurately, and answer questions courteously.
• Keep the coffee counter, tools, and equipment clean, arranged, and fully sanitized in line with hygiene and food safety rules.
• Track available stocks of coffee beans, dairy products, and pastry items, and inform the supervisor when replenishment is needed.

Eligibility and Requirements

• This opening is limited to Saudi nationals only.
• Previous barista experience is preferred, though applicants with strong basic barista skills and genuine passion for the role are also welcome.
• Comfort using commercial espresso machines, grinders, and manual brewing tools, along with an understanding of coffee beans and grind settings.
• Strong communication skills, neat personal presentation, and the ability to collaborate smoothly within a multicultural team.
• Good proficiency in both Arabic and English to serve and interact confidently with international guests.
