Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Barista position is based in Surat, Gujarat. The person in this role will craft and present a range of hot and cold drinks, including coffee and tea, while keeping quality, appearance, and taste consistent. The job also includes welcoming guests, capturing orders correctly, recommending menu choices, and delivering prompt service. In addition, the Barista will assist with simple beverage-related food preparation, keep the bar and service areas clean, and ensure all equipment is maintained and used correctly. The role works closely with the service and kitchen teams to help create a smooth, hospitable experience during both events and regular operations.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate should bring at least 2 years of barista experience, along with practical knowledge of making beverages, operating coffee equipment, and understanding different coffee and tea varieties. Strong guest-handling skills, clear communication, and a polite, professional manner are essential. The role also calls for basic food preparation ability, consistent hygiene awareness, and familiarity with cleanliness and food safety standards. Candidates should be comfortable standing for long periods, handling busy service periods, and working flexible hours.
