About the role
Woolworths Group is seeking a skilled baker to join its busy bakery team in Black Range, New South Wales. In this role, you’ll use your baking expertise to produce high-quality goods that meet customer expectations every day. The bakery operates in a fast-moving environment, and team members are encouraged to learn from one another, build their skills, and grow their careers within the business.
Working hours / roster
Roster option 1: Monday to Sunday, 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
What you’ll do
- Create and prepare fresh baked products to a consistently high standard.
- Support customers by delivering service that reflects the Everyday ACTs approach: Acknowledge, Care and Thank.
- Maintain a clean, orderly and safe work area, with strong attention to food handling practices.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced bakery environment and contribute to the team’s daily output.
- Assist with supporting and guiding the bakery team where needed.
- Bring a growth mindset and a commitment to both personal and professional development.
- Help foster a workplace that values wellbeing, resilience and teamwork.
What you need
A formal baking qualification along with relevant work experience is required for this role.
