Role Overview
This role is for a flexible back-up nanny supporting families in the Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, and Mill Creek, WA area. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys caring for children in a smaller, home-based setting and can adapt their schedule around school, family, or another job. Full-time opportunities are available in Seattle and the Eastside.
The work is hands-on, child-focused, and suited to someone who brings energy, creativity, and flexibility to each assignment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide in-home care for children without transporting them.
- Keep your own activities and meals with the child tidy, while handling no additional household chores.
- Support families with children from infancy through toddler age, with the strongest demand for care for children under 2 years old.
- Lead age-appropriate, engaging activities while maintaining a safe environment and responding to each child’s developmental needs.

- Hourly pay in the range of $20 to $25.
