Role Overview

The Babysitter will provide full-time, on-site care in Noida. The job focuses on keeping the child safe, supervised, and engaged while also maintaining an orderly play and living area. The position includes help with meals, routines, hygiene, and activities that support the child’s growth and daily comfort.

Key Duties

• Watch over the child and ensure her safety throughout the day.
• Keep the play space and surrounding living area neat and well organized.
• Prepare light meals or snacks and assist with feeding when needed.
• Support nap time and bedtime routines.
• Help with personal care tasks such as handwashing and dressing.
• Plan suitable activities for the child, including reading, indoor games, outdoor play, and simple learning exercises.
• Encourage the child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through age-appropriate interaction.
• Share updates with parents or guardians about the child’s day, behavior, and any concerns.
• Follow family instructions, household routines, and expectations carefully.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Experience in babysitting or childcare, with strong attention to safety, supervision, and emotional care.
• Background working with children in a home, daycare, or school environment, along with patience and empathy.
• Ability to support simple teaching and guidance, including routines, manners, and basic learning activities.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work full-time on site in Noida.
• Clear communication skills for regular coordination with parents or guardians.
• Ability to follow instructions and household rules consistently.
• Prior references from babysitting or childcare roles are preferred as proof of reliability and trustworthiness.
