Role Summary

This position suits a people-focused leader who enjoys building great customer experiences. You will be a key member of the store team, helping ensure shopping is straightforward, welcoming, and enjoyable for customers.

Key Accountabilities

The Availability Manager looks after the presentation, merchandising, replenishment, and recovery of the store at times that create the least disruption for shoppers. Because store timing is tight and standards must stay high, this role relies on strong leadership and organisation.

You will guide the Nightfill team by coaching, motivating, and leading them so that merchandising standards, planograms, and display instructions are consistently followed. Your work will help keep the store safe, positive, and visually appealing.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate brings proven leadership experience, a practical attitude, and strong communication skills. Previous retail experience, especially in stock handling, merchandising, recovery, or store presentation, would be a strong advantage. A hands-on person who is willing to get stuck in will fit this role well.
