With a profitable team of more than 300 full-time employees already in place, the company is now looking to expand the way it thinks, builds, and ships solutions at a much larger scale.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is for a product manager who can help define the next set of product opportunities, convert user and business needs into practical solutions, and guide execution in a fast-moving environment.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

• Take full ownership of the product and the business metrics connected to it.
• Shape the product roadmap and the plan for delivery.
• Represent the end user by identifying pain points, defining outcomes, and turning them into clear product requirements.
• Work closely with engineers, designers, business development managers, and data analysts to deliver the product through a high-growth phase.
• Align multiple stakeholders, build agreement across teams, and support business continuity while planning for scale.
• Run technical product discussions with integration partners and internal teams.
• Support marketing efforts through research, planning, and implementation.
