Assistant Store Manager - Riyadh

Role Overview

This position supports the Store Manager in running the store smoothly, profitably, and in line with company standards. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, improving sales performance, and ensuring the team has the guidance needed to work effectively. When the Store Manager is unavailable, this role takes full responsibility for the store.

Primary Duties

• Help maintain exceptional service standards on the shop floor by coaching and supporting retail staff.
• Work with the Store Manager to keep store operations efficient, compliant, and commercially strong.
• Take charge of all store activities when the Store Manager is not present.
• Encourage customers to join the company loyalty program to support repeat purchases and loyalty-driven sales.
• Share observations and feedback with the Store Manager and Area Manager about team performance and product performance.

Operational Responsibilities

• Stay well-presented, fashion-aware, and fully informed about current products to help reduce stock loss.
• Keep up with new launches, fashion trends, and brand direction so customer needs can be anticipated and handled well.
• Ensure retail staff are equipped to deliver strong customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Support the Store Manager in putting company operating procedures into practice across the store.
• Make sure all team members follow brand standards and company policies consistently.
• Review store administration regularly and address any issues without delay.
• Manage staff rosters, leave requests, and day-to-day employee concerns or grievances.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines at all times.
• Promote the Club Apparel loyalty program to drive repeat business.
• Continuously monitor store security and remain alert to avoid any negligence.
• Keep updated on the wider group’s brands to support suggestive selling and better customer recommendations.
• Be ready to handle full store accountability whenever the Store Manager is absent.
• Be physically capable of standing for long periods and performing heavy lifting when required.
