Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d)

Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) for the PULL&BEAR store in Bielefeld - Loom. This is a full-time, permanent position based onsite.

Role summary

In this position, you turn strategy into visible day-to-day results on the shop floor. You connect people, performance, and processes so the store can operate smoothly and meet its commercial targets.

What the role involves

You will lead teams, support employee development, and help ensure that business objectives are actively reflected in the daily store operation. You will also keep an eye on sales performance, customer service, and team atmosphere, working closely with the Store Manager to make decisions, set priorities, and move the store forward.
