About the Company
Eternal operates Blinkit, an instant commerce and grocery delivery platform in India. The business serves millions of customers with fast delivery across essentials, groceries, fresh produce, emergency items, electronics, and more.
Role Overview
The Assistant Store Manager will support daily store functioning at the Kota location, with responsibility for stock movement, inventory accuracy, SLA monitoring, staffing coordination, and coordination for last-mile execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound workflows, including GRN completion, vehicle unloading, and movement of inventory to keep store operations running smoothly.
- Track and maintain inventory accuracy through periodic audits, correct stock handling, and overall store cleanliness.
- Monitor operational service levels such as fill rate, complaint handling turnaround, and order-picking timelines to support efficient delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
- Plan manpower by preparing shift schedules, rosters, attendance tracking, and weekly offs so that staffing remains adequate at all times.
- Support last-mile operations by managing cash settlement, coordinating with riders, and resolving ground-level operational issues.
Requirements
- 0 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain roles, ideally in quick commerce or another high-speed retail setting.
- Comfort with basic Microsoft tools and applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
