Role overview

We are seeking a motivated Deputy Manager for the Oysho store in Stratford Westfield, London Area. This role suits someone who enjoys leading by example, developing people, and creating an excellent shopping experience in a busy, product-led retail setting.

Oysho focuses on wellbeing, movement, and confidence through high-quality products and a customer-first approach. The stores are designed to feel calm, modern, and inspiring, with strong product knowledge, high service standards, and a positive team atmosphere at the centre of the experience.

What you will do

Work closely with the General Manager to help improve store results and commercial performance.
Take an active leadership role on the shop floor with energy, accountability, and pace.
Coach team members so they can offer strong product guidance and tailored customer service.
Maintain excellent visual presentation standards and ensure customers have a smooth, enjoyable journey in store.
Support stock movement, store operations, and compliance activities while keeping a close eye on detail.
Help create a team that is inclusive, committed, and high performing.

What we are looking for

Previous experience in a fast-moving retail environment at supervisor or management level.
Good commercial judgement and confidence in making decisions and taking action.
A coaching mindset with the ability to develop people and strengthen team capability.
The resilience to stay calm, adaptable, and effective under pressure.
Genuine interest in fashion, wellbeing, and delivering a strong customer experience.
