Role Overview
This position is for an Assistant Manager in Food & Beverage operations at a multiplex in Gurugram. The role focuses on managing shift-level operations, keeping service standards high, and supporting cost and inventory control across the outlet.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep cost of goods sold aligned with the approved budget.
- Spend time in customer-facing areas during shifts to connect with patrons, respond to concerns, and support service recovery.
- Run training sessions and certification programs for the team.
- Make sure all inventory-related procedures are properly followed for both consumable and non-consumable items.
- Ensure planned training is delivered by all involved stakeholders, including self.
