Role overview
Hilton is looking for an Assistant Human Resources Manager to help run the hotel’s HR activities and contribute to a welcoming, service-driven workplace. In this role, you will support the people function behind the guest experience, helping create a positive environment for team members while maintaining high standards of compliance and service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day HR work across recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management while following company policies and applicable local and federal rules.
- Support team engagement efforts by helping organize recognition programs, special occasions, and activities that strengthen workplace morale and culture.
- Maintain HR records and systems, including employee data updates, movement records, training files, corrective action documentation, and reporting on important HR metrics.
- Guide and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and help maintain a productive and constructive work atmosphere.
